Hey! I'm Jessica :) I started this group because I know how hard it is to battle the ups and downs of weight. My weight has gone up and down since I was 12. My heaviest was 308 lbs! At that point I had had two kids and a lot of food! To date I have lost 101 lbs and working as hard as ever to not only reach my goal weight, but put on some muscle and tone up!
