My Smart Hands Beach Cities is proud to serve both Orange County and the South Bay! Our classes help mommies and daddies give their babies the gift of communication. Mommy and Me Fitness is held at The Fitness Compound of Huntington Beach. Our classes are 45 minutes long and are open to Moms (AND DADS!) and their little walkers between the ages of 1 and 4 years old.    They are taught by Michele Mandala, personal trainer and credentialed elementary school teacher.
